PLANNING AND PRODUCTION

The above photo shows the full plan for the Behind the Curtains. The Gantt chart shows the project across the 11 weeks with a different colour representing each line to make it clearer and easier to understand. The pink columns in the middle represent half term.
I also made weekly Gantt Charts (from March 15th) so that I could follow it in more detail. Links to some of these can be found below.

I have decided that within the documentary there will be a constant
introduction to those involved in She Kills Monsters with their names,
and job roles next to them as they appear on screen, therefore I have
added in time for this within each screen. The images of screen will
look similar to the image to the right at these points. The w hole image
would go to greyscale with writing next to the person, in either black
or white depending on the image, to explain who they are, their role backstage and if they are in the production as a member of cast their character will also appear.

It also shows the work I added throughout that day onto this site. I made it easier to me to read by making each section a different colour. To differentiate between each task I changed each task's colour. To try and ensure that the Gantt Charts are consistent I created this chart to direct me to the correct colour. |

![]() The picture above shows some of the animations that I used within my presentation. I tried to use the animations so that they looked good instead of putting loads of random ones in. The top of the page also shows how I was able to move the photos and films from my phone to the Mac with the help of the cable. |
